If I'm not 100% happy with my new art, can I request a return and am I fully refunded?

Art Collector operates a 14 day returns policy with full refund for the artwork.  The original shipping cost is non-refundable, but we will arrange for the return shipping cost to be paid by us.  Refunds will be credited back to your payment method within 7 days of the art being returned to us undamaged and in its original packaging.

How will my art be delivered?

Art Collector and our artists have access to a specially arranged delivery and insurance policy with Parcelforce for delivery throughout the UK and Europe.  All items are packaged by the artist and sent by secured delivery to your address. Deliveries are arranged during the day, generally between 9am and 6pm.  If you have special delivery requirements, please select your preferences at the checkout.

Can I pay by Paypal?

Yes, you are welcome to pay by Paypal!  Please select this option at the checkout. 

I love the artwork but can I negotiate the cost with the artist?  (It is a bit too expensive).

Yes, you can make an offer to an artist at any time using the Contact Artist link on each artists profile page.  Bear in mind that these are all original pieces, rare and beautiful, (or indeed deliciously ugly) and to an artist, the price can therefore be quite sensitive.
